This document describes the role of Overmind as a specialized sub-processor for the optimization and configuration of the AI bots provided by itellico.

| Data Access (instead of Storage) | No separate data storage. Overmind accesses the Processor's production environment exclusively on a temporary, as-needed basis. No personal data is downloaded, copied, or stored externally. Access is strictly limited to the purpose of configuration optimization. |
